Black Friday gets the attention, but if the gift has to be wearable on Christmas Eve, the calendar is stricter than the discount. A jersey that arrives on 27 December is a great Boxing Day present and a failed Christmas present, and the difference between the two is decided in November.
This page is the arithmetic, not the marketing. We publish our own processing and shipping times, and we have applied them, at the conservative upper end, to a Thursday 24 December arrival. Every date below comes from our own shipping policy — nothing here is a third-party carrier promise.

The four order-by dates, in full
Two decisions decide your deadline: whether the shirt is made to order (custom name and number, 3–7 working days to produce) or in stock (1–3 working days), and whether it travels standard (7–15 working days) or expedited (5–10 working days).

Notice what the table does not say: it does not promise delivery on a specific hour, and it does not count carriers' peak-season slips. It says: if you order by this date, even our slowest published processing and shipping times land the shirt before Christmas Eve. That is the standard we are comfortable printing, because it is the standard we ship by.
The custom deadline lands before Black Friday
The row that surprises most people is the first one. Custom-printed shirts on standard shipping must be ordered by Friday 20 November — a week before Black Friday on 27 November. Made-to-order printing needs 3–7 working days before dispatch, and standard transit needs up to 15 more. The maths simply does not reach Black Friday.
That creates a genuine fork, and it is worth deciding it deliberately:
- Order custom by 20 November. During our main Black Friday event (runs through 30 November) every order gets a tiered discount automatically — so ordering early for Christmas still gets the pricing, just a lower tier than the biggest spenders.
- Order custom on expedited by 1 December. Expedited shipping is a paid upgrade at checkout, but it buys back most of the calendar: the shirt is made the same way and moves faster afterwards.
- Or switch to an in-stock shirt. A player or blank jersey ships in 1–3 working days, and its deadline is 30 November on standard — safely after Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
How we computed the dates
So you can audit us, here is the whole calculation. Working days only (weekends excluded), counting back from a Thursday 24 December arrival, excluding Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November for the Thanksgiving break, and taking the top of each published range:

The "safe from" dates in the first table simply move another three working days back from each deadline. If a carrier has a rough peak week, that buffer absorbs it.
Free shipping changes the maths
Orders of $49.90 or more ship free, automatically — the threshold runs independently of the Black Friday tiers, and it stacks with them. Two of the three jerseys below sit just under that line on their own, which makes pairing them the quietly better deal:
- Two in-stock shirts at $42.99 and $45.90 = $88.89: over the free shipping line and into the 7% tier (orders of $59.90+).
- The custom Brewers jersey at $59.77 clears free shipping on its own and takes the 5% tier — one of the few single items in our range that does both.

What to buy before each deadline
Three shirts, three routes: one custom (the earliest deadline), one football in-stock, one NBA in-stock. Prices are as listed on 2 November 2026; the Black Friday tier discount is applied on top at checkout.

A working timeline for December shoppers

That is the entire Christmas window. Anything ordered after 7 December is a gift for next year, or an honest "it's in the post" card — and we would rather you knew that in November than found it out in the parcel-tracking app on 24 December.
Frequently asked questions
What is the last day to order a jersey for Christmas delivery?
For arrival by Thursday 24 December: custom name-and-number shirts on standard shipping must be ordered by Friday 20 November; in-stock shirts on standard by Monday 30 November; custom on expedited by Tuesday 1 December; in-stock on expedited by Monday 7 December. All four dates assume the slowest end of our published processing and shipping times.
Does the Black Friday discount still apply if I order in November for Christmas?
Yes. Our main Black Friday event runs through Monday 30 November, and the tiered discount applies automatically at checkout on every qualifying order — 5% on any order, 7% from $59.90, 10% from $99.90, 14% from $159.90 and 18% from $199.90. Ordering early for a Christmas deadline does not cost you the discount.
If the tiers get deeper later, will you refund the difference?
Our price protection promise applied to early Black Friday orders only and closed with that phase on 31 October. Orders placed from 1 November are priced at the live tier with no retroactive credit, so the timing decision is genuinely yours.
I missed the 20 November custom deadline. What now?
Two options. Order the same custom shirt on expedited shipping by Tuesday 1 December, or switch to an in-stock jersey (player or blank), which needs only 1–3 working days to dispatch and makes Christmas Eve on standard shipping if ordered by 30 November.
Does free shipping apply before Christmas too?
Yes — orders of $49.90 or more ship free automatically, and it combines with the Black Friday tier discount. Two of our smaller-priced jerseys bought together ($42.99 and $45.90) clear the line and reach the 7% tier at the same time.
Do your deadlines include weekends and the Thanksgiving holiday?
The deadlines are calculated in working days only — weekends are excluded, as are Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November for Thanksgiving. Counting back from 24 December at the top of our published ranges produces exactly the four dates in the table above.
What happens if I order after 7 December?
Realistically, it arrives after Christmas. Rather than promise a date we cannot defend in peak season, we would rather you planned around the deadlines — or made the gift a card with the tracking number and an honest note that the shirt lands in the new year.
