How It Works

Reward is calculated on the product total (excluding shipping) of the referred customer's first completed order.
The Rules (Plain English)
- A referral counts when a new customer (first-ever order) names you as their referrer by email, before or right after ordering.
- The reward unlocks after the order is delivered and the 30-day return window closes — cancelled or refunded orders don't count.
- No self-referrals, no alternate accounts, no bulk fake orders — we check, and abuse voids the reward.
- One referral reward per new customer; there's no cap on how many friends you can refer.
- Rewards are calculated on the product total excluding shipping and any discounts.
- We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page always applies.

Your friend emails fkvservice@outlook.com with their order number and your name or email (or you email us the same). That's the tag — no app, no codes to remember.
When do I get my reward?
After the referred order is delivered and its 30-day return window closes. We confirm by email, then send cash within 7 business days or issue your coupon code right away.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No cap. Every new customer you bring counts — refer the whole supporters' club if you like.
Can I use my 15% coupon on group buys or custom jerseys?
Yes — coupons work on everything in the store, including group orders and custom printing, within 6 months of issue.
